Why worry when you shouldn’t worry

“Philippians 4:6-7”

Worry is the feeling or cause to feel anxious or troubled about an actual or potential problems. Back then I remembered when I was bothered with a little issue about gaining admission to school after several trials and denials. My brother then told me to remember *1 Peter 5:7* “Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” Reading this verse, other scriptures started coming up then I Meditated on “Philippians 4:6-7”
Without much delay God opened an international door for my education and made everything I needed available. If I was still worried and haven’t taken it to the Lord in prayers I don’t know what would have happened but I found out immediately I let him take the ride the journey became a smooth journey.

The possible causes of anxiety and fear are: conflict, health problems, dangerous situations, death, unmet needs, spiritual problems, false beliefs, etc.
“According to the Bible, there is nothing wrong with realistically acknowledging and trying to deal with the identifiable
problems of life. But it is wrong, as well as unhealthy, to be immobilized by excessive worry. Such worry must be committed to God in prayer, who can release us from paralyzing fear or anxiety, and free us to deal
realistically with the needs and welfare both of others and of ourselves.”
