Text: Matthew 14:22-33

According to the passage, when Peter focused on Jesus he did the impossible but when his focus shifted he sank. Relate this to anyone, when your focus is on Christ, impossible things become possible. Matt 19:23.
Too often we fall into the trap of focusing on the discouraging things of life, disappointments, struggles, deadlines, addiction, bad relationships, etc. We focus on all these things instead of focusing on God. We forget what Rom. 8:31 says; if God is for us who can be against us. When trouble comes upon us, do we respond like peter? Do we look at the waves instead of keeping our eyes fixed on the Savior? We must learn how to give our battles to God. Are you still trying to fight your battles alone? Trying to move through the storm alone? My Dear, the truth is; it is impossible to do it alone. Focus on God to guide you.

Are you still been self-dependent or Jesus Dependent?
Proverbs 3:7 says Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the Lord and depart from evil. Have you lost sight like Peter? Where is your focus? So many people go to church, pray but in the real sense, they have lost focus of Him. Stop focusing on the problems, put your gaze on the Almighty God for the solution. When You stop focusing on the magnitude of your problem and focus on the magnitude of your God the solution maker, the problem becomes insignificant and they fade away
