Preparation to meet the groom
There is a coming battle, the greatest battle of Human history, a battle between Good and Evil. This battle is Intense and is real, it’s started already, even though a lot of people aren’t aware of it. It’s happening both physically and spiritually. If we look around to see what is happening today and you’re ignorant of what is happening on the horizon then you just might be caught up by the disaster. From the book of Revelation 12:7 A war broke out in heaven. This war a lot of people think was the war that happened during the rebellion of Lucifer. It’s actually a war that’s about to take place, and it involves us.
How is this possible? Jump to Verse 11. “And they have overcome (conquered) him by means of the blood of the Lamb and by the utterance of their testimony, for they did not love and cling to life even when faced with death [holding their lives cheap till they had to die for their witnessing].”
Firstly – They overcame by the blood of the Lamb. We all know Christ died for us Humans, not for Angels. 1Peter 3:18
Secondly – By the Utterance of their Testimony. Only souls with freewill gives testimonies. Angels don’t give testimonies.
Thirdly – They loved not their life even unto death. Angels don’t die (Jude 6). Now ask yourself who are the people that fought with the serpent of old?
It’s us, we the saints, a lot of believers shy away and believe they would be raptured. If the saints are raptured before the tribulation who would wage war with the beast (Revelations 13:5-8)? Wake up! This involves every believer.
Why does this War need to happen? Meeting the groom is a smooth transition in the air(The Second Heaven) -2 Thessalonians 4:17 In which the serpent of the old dwell in, there’s no room for any illegal occupancy.
How are we getting ready? God knows how intense this battle would be so he would be strengthening our gears with “The Power of the Age to Come”. What is this power? Act 2:17-19. A lot of people still read this in text, you don’t see the intense violence when it says Blood and fire and vapors of smoke; when it says the sun would be turned into darkness and the moon into blood. This out pouring of His Spirit doesn’t just end in dreaming dreams and prophesying. We have to get set, with these Gears and weapons that would be given to us. It’s time to start opening yourself up to the supernatural.
And note it’s only those who are totally broken and conform to the image of Christ receives this.
