THE CONTAINER AND ITS CONTENT

MEMORISE-:
“Then the Lord put forth His hand and touched my mouth, and the Lord said to me: “Behold, I have put My words in their mouth”-Jeremiah 1:9.

MESSAGE-:
Have you ever thrown away an empty can from your house? The reason must have been that it was no longer useful to you. Have you picked up an empty container and decided to use it to store something? One of the reasons is, you consider it useful. A container (vessel) is not valuable, simply because of how it looks, shapes, designs, etc., but by what it carries, or what it could carry. What you have inside the container determines the placement and assignment of the container.
Jeremiah saw himself as not qualified for God’s use, like Moses also tried to decline the call of God, but God made him realise He has loaded him with all he needed to fulfil His mandate, as God’s container carrying divine content. Your placement and assignment as God’s container is based on the gifts and talents that have been deposited in you (1 Cor. 12:1-12). Every vessel in God’s hand is a useful vessel.
The conditions are simple and direct – Recognising God as your Owner and Creator. Releasing yourself to Him to do what He designed you for and being ready to be taught and used as He (the Owner) wishes. Learn from Jeremiah, Moses, Peter, Paul and the likes, He will lay His mighty hands on you and make you useful as a noble vessel in His hands. These people eventually made themselves honourable containers in God’s hand with divine content to fulfil destiny. Allow God to fill you with His content and be a valued container.
