“HEIRS of Salvation” – The Process. (Part 2 Series)

In the first part series we established the fact that God hid Himself in Man. Immediately we recieve Christ, We become treasures therefore heirs also. How come we don’t see heirs immediately begin to exhibit/manifest Christ? Or given their inheritance. It is because there is a growth process involved in being able to express Christ. Paul said “My little children, for whom I am again in [the pains of] labor until Christ is [completely and permanently] formed within you—“ Galatians 4:19 AMP

_Wrought in Christ_
What does it mean to wrought?
– To be worked into shape by artistry, careful efforts and strategically placed situations & circumstances. To be processed for use. To be beaten to shape.

When we begin our journey with God, God begins to use several test, trials, situations and circumstances in our lives to shape our lives to a life obedient to Christ 2 Corinthians 10:5. This stage is the most difficult phase of a believers journey. It is the most unpleasant. This is the stage were we are being purified by the refiners fire. Malachi 3:3 Purifying every Desire, thought, habit, Nature that doesn’t conform to The Image of Christ. One might be wondering why go through the process? We must remember though we were given new spirit, our soul (old pattern of thinking, emotions and will) still remains the same. Our Body (The Flesh) is still the same. So the process stage is necessary to make the new spirit gain dominion over both the soul and the body to the glory of Jesus. This is the reality of the new life (Christianity) but these are hidden Truths that not many people are privy to or don’t submit themselves to. Hence, the reason why we have so many “Christians” misrepresenting *Christ* in today’s world.

“So if you’re serious about living this new resurrection life with Christ, act like it. Pursue the things over which Christ presides. Don’t shuffle along, eyes to the ground, absorbed with the things right in front of you. Look up, and be alert to what is going on around Christ—that’s where the action is. See things from his perspective. Your old life is dead. Your new life, which is your real life—even though invisible to spectators—is with Christ in God. He is your life. When Christ (your real life, remember) shows up again on this earth, you’ll show up, too—the real you, the glorious you. Meanwhile, be content with obscurity, like Christ.” Colossians 3:1-4 MSG. We are being wrought into Christ-shaped-lives by the Father so that we can be Perfert and Whole on earth as He is in Heaven. The process is an instrument of conforming us to the Fathers Will. This is were we die to self and completely align our wills to the Fathers Will. Jesus our example was also wrought into the obedience of Christ. He also had to surrender His Will to the Father.

Prayer
Father in Heaven, I submit myself to Your process, knowing fully well that you are working out greatness in me. Amen
