Drawing From The Wells of Salvation

Christianity’s worst kept secret

How can a true Christian lose His or Her Joy and peace? How can? Except you haven’t come into the deep meanings of salvation. Each time we face challenges, pains, trials, tribulations, etc. we have a well filled with joy and peace to draw from. Its a well filled with Living Water, It’s an endless Well of Glory.

Peace

See! Even as Christians whether you like it or not trials and tribulations will always come. You can’t escape it because this world is a fallen world. It’s systems have been designed by the prince of this age (the enemy -devil) to bring sorrow, disappointment, pain, hardship to the life of men.

However, Jesus said In the Holy Scriptures John 16:33 Amplified Bible “I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace. In the world, you have tribulation and distress and suffering, but be courageous [be confident, be undaunted, be filled with joy]; I have overcome the world.” [My conquest is accomplished, My victory abiding.]”

These words should give you confidence no matter what you go through. This is the advantage a Christian has over mere Men.

To say you don’t want to go through pain, trials, and tribulations is to be immature to the Word of God. If you have a deep-rooted understanding of what God’s word says then you would know that His word says “the peace I give you is not of this world” why would you need peace if all was going to be well and good? The peace of Christ (i.e the Divine peace) can only be proved to be real in the midst of storm and turmoil. The peace this world gives you is short-lived, Here today! Gone tomorrow! but the peace of Christ is everlasting. It’s that kind of peace Jesus exhibited when he was sleeping in the boat while there was a serious storm. (Mark 4:38-40)

Christ is the Prince of peace Isaiah 9:6

Joy

Nehemiah 8:10 (MSG) “He continued, “Go home and prepare a feast, holiday food and drink; and share it with those who don’t have anything: This day is holy to God. Don’t feel bad. The joy of God is your strength!”

Habakkuk 3:18 KJV “Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation.”

There should be no greater source of joy for believers than the coming of Christ as King, His Reign and Dominion are going to be forever and you will be reigning and ruling with Him. Trust me! If you do not have a deep-rooted revelation of these words then you will never understand why Christians and believers are always joyful, singing, and dancing. It will always be a mystery to you. Joy is something that is imparted into our spirit by the spirit of Christ after He has revealed to us the reality of what is to come.

Don’t ever lose your joy and peace. Anytime you feel like you are drifting, draw from the wells of salvation. Shalom!

Word for meditation

The Holy Scriptures said the Kingship I.e. King Dominion of Christ is not about eating and drinking but about righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. Romans 14:17 The Voice “because the kingdom of God is not about eating and drinking. When God reigns, the order of the day is redeeming justice, true peace, and joy made possible by the Holy Spirit.”

Prayer

Lord Jesus, reveal to me the provisions of the wells of salvation. Open my eyes to the reality of Your Kingship, Kingdom, and reign that I may always abide in peace and rejoice always in all circumstances.
