For we live by faith, not by what we see with our eyes. 2 Corinthians 5:7 TPT
The world we live in is an anti-faith world. The earlier we realise that, the better for us, and the less we would allow things we can see to cheat us of those things which are real i.e. all written in THE WORD OF GOD.
It is written that even Heaven and earth will pass away, but the only ever-abiding truth is the Word
Faith according to Hebrews 11v1 is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not yet seen
I love the amplified version NOW FAITH is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses]. Hebrews 11:1 AMPC
What’s a Title Deed?
The deed constituting the evidence of a person’s legal ownership (according to Merriam Webster dictionary)
The Title deed/Proof/confirmation referred to is the Word of God. Everything in their legally belongs to those who are IN CHRIST.
Let’s be practical, Assuming someone comes to lay claims on a piece of property that was willed to you by your late Father, all you have to do to silence such person in court is to present the will and title deed of that property right? Do you have to beg and plead? NO! It’s yours already with proof.
Now when we talk about Faith practically, in the similitude of the above illustration, when God says you’re healed, and the devil tells you that your body is still weak or in pains, you can confidently present the Will and title deed of your Father which states; ‘……by His stripes ye have been healed’, not ‘…ye will be healed’. It’s a done deal! It’s a settled matter. But trust me, your adversary will always use things of this “anti-faith world” to try to convince you otherwise e.g. the things you see physically or the way you feel or the reaction of your physics senses. Just remember we walk by faith and not by sight or senses or feelings. Hold on to the truth of God’s Word in your heart and speak in unison with what you believe in your heart for God says; ‘…..as you have spoken (in your mind and from your mouth) in my ears, i will do for you. Speak His Word from your heart (believe) and speak it from your mouth (confess).
Before you can claim your rights, you need your Title deed, so study God’s Word extensively, meditate( ponder, imagine, mutter) on it day and night till it has been received in your spirit and then speak it forth and see the temporal world around you taking shape in the similitude of the only abiding Truth(the Word)
It’s yours for the taking! So believe it and speak it forth!
Remember it’s the Just (righteous, Holy, pure, Godly) alone that can walk in these things. If you aren’t right with God, please make things right NOW!
